How do I make payment?

• Payment strictly by bank transfer or cash deposit only.
   

Cash on Delivery:

• Meet-up locations: Sembawang, Bukit Panjang, Fajar, Yio Chu Kang

• Other locations can be discussed with extra cost

Shipping Options:
Registered mailing with bubble wrapped envelop $4
Normal mailing with plastic poly mailer envelop $0.50

 

​Secure Ordering: 

• Orders will arrive approximately 10 to 17 working days (excluding weekends & PH) from orders submission date, but is subjected to delay of shipment 

• Orders will only be placed after half/full payment received

By submitting your orders, you're deemed to have agreed to the following:

Returns & Refunds

• ​100% refund will be deposited to your bank account within 2 working days if item is out of stock

• Exchange of product will be allowed if it is damaged

• 3 months warranty only applies to some of the products
